Exchange and Return Policy

Since all dresses are custom-made and tailored upon request, we do not offer returns or exchanges after the order has been confirmed and paid for.

However, if an error occurs on our part (such as a mistake in size or design), the client is entitled to return the item for correction at no additional cost. All shipping and modification fees will be covered by the store.

The correction process will take 10 to 14 business days from the date the returned item is received.

If the modification or issue is due to the client (for example, a size change after production or additional adjustments), the alteration and shipping costs will be covered by the client.

We take pride in ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality craftsmanship, and we kindly recommend verifying all measurements and details before confirming your order.

The production time for dresses is 15 to 20 business days from the date of order confirmation, as each piece is custom-made.

Shipping within the Gulf countries takes 2 to 5 business days,

while international shipping outside the Gulf takes 5 to 10 business days.
